The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution. Your act of booking a taxi and utilizing our service signifies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions
In this agreement, “Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution,” “we,” or “us” denotes the service-providing company, while “you” and “your” refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers requiring adherence to specific check-in times. Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution shall not be held responsible for delays arising from inadequate time allocation or if you are not prepared for collection at the scheduled time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution does not guarantee accommodation of excessive luggage, and each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you, excluding VAT unless explicitly stated. Any changes to the itinerary may lead to adjustments in the provided quote.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time beyond this will be charged at the standard Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution waiting rate.
3.3 Upon accepting a quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution of any errors absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment for journeys can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle cleaning if it is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the car.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 Passenger capacity is subject to licensing or insurance regulations.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Timely cancellation is crucial. Charges apply for cancellations after dispatch, based on the driver’s time and distance covered.
5.2 Cancellation fees may apply if done before dispatch when booking through the online system.
6. Liability
6.1 While Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution strives to ensure punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We assume no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car for a swift continuation of your journey.
6.4 You shall not hold Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any risk is posed to a vehicle or driver due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution may subcontract obligations, and you cannot assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We may modify terms and conditions by updating this page. Regularly review these terms to stay informed. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Data is handled per the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution and yourself.
8.5 These terms confer no advantage to third parties unless agreed upon in writing.
9. Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Shipston-On-Stour Airport Solution.
